Wael AL Turk Company was established in 2009 to provide specialized services in the hearing aids, tests, medical equipment, maintenance and speech and language sessions.
As company we are licensed to provide all the previous mentioned services in the company location and out of the company and our license is from the MOH.
Based in our experience and our strength for the services we are an agent for selling and marketing the follow brands of devices:
- Persona : American brand of hearing aids
- Orthosoft: Turkish brand for medical support devices:
- William sound: American brand for hearing assistive devices.
We as a company promise to import medical devices directly from the laboratory in the country of origin to the customers directly and also we have a license in this.
The company has 2 branches to provide the services and it is as follow:
- First branch:
Hearing aids, fitting , accessories and maintenance center.
This center is licensed to provide the hearing test for the people inside the center and out of the center under the supervision of the licensed audiologist, also the hearing aids fitting is done by the specialist themselves.
To provide the best quality of services the center has an isolated hearing test booth with the all equipment’s may need in the test, the fitting is also done in very specialized lap equipped with new brands of tools and materials.
To keep the quality established the maintenance is done by a specialist trained team.
The company is taking care into after selling services as we sell the batteries, accessories and other things that the persons with hearing impaired may need.
To continue the support the hearing aids users the company managed to get an agency for the assistive technology devices as the induction loop system (portable and class rooms).
The company also selling the hearing test devices as the audiometer, tympanometry, and the ABR test device. And we can equip and provide the processing of hearing laboratories, maintenance equipment and auditory testing of centers isolated rooms.
- Second branch :
The medical equipment devices show room. Which is located in the ground floor of the same building of the company?
The center is specialized in selling all the medical devices as the below:
- Physiotherapy equipment and physiotherapy units.
- Respirators and oxygen concentrator, C pap
- Mobility aids and movement aids, medical braces and medical Consumables
- Medical devices, medical equipment Wheelchairs, Crutches and walkers.
- Optical instruments, eyeglasses and visual aids and correction
- Rehabilitation unites and devices .sport devices
- And the processing of medical clinics.
- Third branch:
Speech and Language Therapy Center.
The center was licensed and established in the 2015 in order to provide the support for all the cases with hearingز language and speech disorder as follow:
- Hearing loss.
- Articulation disorders.
- Language delay and disorders.
- Autism.
- Aphasia.
- Down syndrome.
